Two races are scheduled this week-end in Chaux-Neuve, in the Jura department in France.
Two gundersen races of 10 kilometers that will test once again the form of the athletes of Nordic Combined that will have to face also a "small" change towards the other races: the fact that the hill on which they will have to jump here in France will only be an HS 100.
Once again the American-trio composed by Lodwick, Demong and Spillane will have to tackle the incredible skills in cross-country of Magnus Moan and Felix Gottwald, keeping an eye also on the leader of the World Cup and home-hero Lamy-Chapuis, who isn't just an excellent jumper and skier, but will also have the possibility to count on the support of the whole audience and the fact that he knows the ski-tracks of Chaux-Neuve as well as the back of his hand.
The first race will take place on Saturday 16th, with the jump session at 11.45 AM and the cross-country race at 2.45 PM. On Sunday instead the jump leg will be at 11 AM, while the cross-country race will start at 2 PM.
